Daiwa Saltiga Z

Redear sunfish spawn from spring to early autumn. The males develop nests in silt, sand, or soft mud. These nests are built with each other in swarms in protected, superficial areas near the shore. The females transfer the eggs which hatch out within two to four days. These eggs are safeguarded by the men for many days. The young feed on zooplankton.
